GlassOfVenice offers thousands of Murano Glass items in various categories. To make the selection process easier for you, we separated the available products in the downloadable catalogs below. To download the catalog, please righ-click on the catalog you are interested in, select "Save Target As...", and save the file on your computer.
To open and view the files you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software version 8 or later installed on you computer. If you do not have this software in the right version on your computer, you can download it for free from Adobe web site here.
Minimum Order and Payment Methods
Usually, our minimum wholesale order is $300. Please contact us if you need to have an exception from this rule. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal (USA only), checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers.
Price List and Flexible Discount Structure
Our Price List is available in an Excel spreadsheet format and can be downloaded from our website. Please contact us at info@glassofvenice.com and we will provide a link and the instructions for you to download it. Our volume-driven Flexible Discount Structure allows you to take advantage of lower prices with larger orders. We offer an additional 1% discount on orders paid for by checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers.
Wholesale Shipping Policies
We strive to provide the best service in the shortest timeframes possible. However, due to the nature of our products, it may take 3-6 weeks for us to fulfill your order. We will always keep you up to date on the status of your order. We ship worldwide from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA. We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the lowest rate available for your destination among the three carriers. Please let us know if you have a preference and we will ship it via the carrier of your choice. We will use our discount pricing with the carrier and pass these savings to you. You will only pay for the actual shipping charges. We are experienced in shipping fragile glass products worldwide and package them extremely well to avoid breakage. However, during shipping, accidents may happen, and for this reason we encourage you to purchase shipping insurance at an additional cost. Please note that we will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
Taxes and Custom Duties
All products that we offer have cleared US Customs and all appropriate U.S. Customs duties have been paid. If you are located in the USA, no custom duties are due. For our customers outside of the USA, we will supply all necessary documents for the shipment to clear the US customs on its way out. It is your responsibility to handle the customs in the country of receipt. We will not be liable for any Customs dues, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees outside of our jurisdiction. As a registered sales vendor in the state of New Jersey, we are obligated to collect NJ State 7% sales taxes on all shipments to the state of New Jersey. However, if you are purchasing the items for resale and are a registered New Jersey State sales tax vendor, we will provide you a Resale Certificate which you will complete and return to us. In this case, we will not charge New Jersey State sales tax. All shipments to locations outside of the state of New Jersey are not subject to any taxes or fees.
